I have been totally happy living at Sun Cliffe. We have been here for just over 3 years with no intentions on Read Moremoving anytime soon! The people in the office and maintenance are all very friendly, helpful and at times go above their duties. It was great to move into an apartment that has been renovated from floor to ceiling in every room. And having an "en suite" in the master bedroom is definitely a plus! Our apartment is quite large also which I love. I guess there really isn't anything negative

In relation to the rent charged the facilities and amenities provided in return is pretty much fair to poor. T Read Morehere is no pool, no activities area, just one average fitness room with fair equipments. Apart from that there is nothing spectacular which makes this property the most suitable one to reside on. It provides underground parking and has controlled access. Looking at the value for the money paid I wouldn't recommend this property to my friends.
