Elevators malfunction DAILY, and because I know of businesses that were in the building before residential the Read Morey have been malfunctioning for 20 years, not being fixed. The community room & computer lab for residents is only open during times daytime working people cannot access, and the worst is a patio that no one had access to all summer.... access only for upper management that has an office in bldg. Never saw ANYONE use, many days walked by and wished to sit outside...without the smokers

Living in this building has really been good, down side is there is actually no grocery store within walking d Read Moreistance-many convenience stores, but, not a major grocery store. Unfortunately, there isn't a place for sun/patio/outdoor gathering place during the few months we have summer weather. The other odd thing is you cannot move within the building to a different location/floor in the same type of apartment.
