Certified Resident

The upkeep of the building and enforcement of resident policies were less than adequate. There were water leak Read Mores and damage to the ceilings in the common areas, the carpeting was peeling and in poor condition, and residents in the building did not care about the cleanliness of the place. In addition, the resident rules and policies were not adequately enforced. Dog feces in the common areas was a continuing issue and other residents continued to fail to clean up after their pets.

I sated good because over all I like the location and the style of the apartment home but I do wish a club hou Read Morese/party room was available. The trains are very loud and nightly my unit shakes when trains roll by.

We love the community and the office staff is great! The maintenance crew is very friendly, fast, attentive an Read Mored efficient. The apartments however, are a bit outdated and some of the wall space in the kitchen could be utilized better.

Beautiful area of St. Paul but the building common areas are only kept up minimally, just enough to get by. St Read Moreained carpets, no air conditioning in the summer, etc. The heating and air conditioning system have led to mold issues.
