The staff are very friendly, efficient and hardworking. My only concern is the narrow drive ways and parking s Read Morepaces. Also the laundry facilities need to be updated. Every time I use the machines my laundry gets ruined. Either my laundry gets all stained with green alge like stains or my laundry gets burnt in the driers.

I have absolutely loved living here! I am actually pretty sad to leave. The office staff is very friendly and Read Moreaccomidating, my building is quiet, and I feel very safe living at Hidden Valley.

The staff is great and friendly. Maintenance is always done in a timely and professional manner. What prevents Read More it from getting an excellent is the fact you have to pay more money for a parking spot. And rent goes up every year too. The tow company that works for this apt. community is very predatory, I see them driving through at different hours of the day and nite.

I€™m glad the maintenance and office staff are doing a great job. We do have free parking for the first 2 vehicles (including the detached garage). We are limited on the visitor space and do charge residents for additional permits. The towing company does come out late at night. We do not want to tow people who are just stopping by for a quick visit. We have towing for many reasons. I would be happy to talk with you more about why we have decided to have towing at Hidden Valley.

Good management. However, modern upgrades would make it better. For example, have digital keypad to open bui Read Morelding door instead of lock that always gets broken. If having problems with crime on the property, install security cameras.

I€™m glad that you are happy with the management. We are an older building that are making upgrades, like the new mail boxes and laundry system that we installed last year. We have recently changed to a new lock and it has been working much better. If you are still having problems, please give me a call. We work very closely with the Savage Police Department to deal with any issues that do come up. Removing the coin laundry system this summer has removed the only cash on the site.
