Lease Terms: We have 12 and 9 month leases. Deposit $400. App Fee $45. Limited time only. Call now. Please note: ALL LEASES ARE 12 MONTH. Occasionally we will consider a 9 month lease as long as the lease end is not between end of November and end of February. We allow up to 2 cats per unit with a $200 deposit for each cat & $10/month pet rent. Sorry, no dogs. There are multiple places near by that are set up for dogs. Thank you. 1 bedrooms hold a maximum of 2 people per unit, 2 bedrooms hold a maximum of 4 people per unit, 2+Den's hold a maximum of 5 people per unit. (No matter what age.)
