The apartment is not well insulated. It is cold in winter and we have to put blankets at the bottom of the doo Read Morer. We also can hear all of out neighbors and what they are saying and doing. Not to mention that we can actual hear them go to the bathroom through the ceiling. We asked about this and they said there would be noise issue. We have had to have maintenance on our sink, washing machine, dishwasher, and smoke detectors. Parking is difficult and I do not always have a spot.

Great apartment; disappointed by the lack of upgrades or attention to fitness center. Stayed for three years, Read More and each year my rent increased!
