Your new home is waiting! Pet friendly! Come view your home by appointment 7 days a week! We have 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments available. All are reasonably priced between $365-$440 per month. These rates include utilities such as water, garbage and sewer. Washer and Dryers can be rented as low as $25 a month. Security deposits generally start at rent amount, depending on qualifications. Our application process includes a credit report, rental and employment history, income guidelines and a criminal background check. We offer 6 month and 1 year lease terms. After the initial term has been fulfilled, the lease becomes month to month with a 45 day notice. Cats and Dogs are allowed with an additional $100 -$200 per animal non-refundable fee. We are conveniently nestled in beautiful St. Charles, Minnesota! We are minutes away from many outdoor activities and shopping. We have great access to the major highways including I-90, 14 and 74 and are an easy commute to Rochester and Winona. You can't beat our quiet, serene place in the country. Plus, we have many great specials and terrific amenities in every apartment!
