St. Cloud Terrace Resident
Very loud environment, since it is close to campus and down town. Lived on the ground floor which is sunken, a Read Morend felt like I lived in a cave. Unfriendly maintenance man. Gave out more parking permits than they had spaces, even though the lot was full. Got two tickets while I lived there from having to park on the street.
