They have electric Base heat and it costs over$400 a month to heat the place. The air conditioners are old and Read More outdated that it's expensive to run them during the summer.

When living at oak street I was pregnate with a very high risk twin pregnancy. My electricity got shut off due Read More to a past due bill from the people who rented before us. I contacted main office many times to get it fixed and never happened and our power got shut off the end of Augest. We had to rent a hotel room for a few days until they got it figured out. I was told it was my fault but they felt bad and gave me a $50 gift card. About 2 weeks later I went into labor and my girls at 23 weeks.
