Appliances are old & make lots of noise. Gas stovee has ruined my pans. Kitchen cabinets are old and From my. Read MoreShower has low pressure and tub is bad quality making it hard to clean. Parking lot is a sheet of ice. They do not put salt out making it an issue if you don't want to fall getting in your car. Hallways are dirty. Parking spots are expensive for living in the suburbs. Balcony are enclosed causing no light to come in to grow a garden, water and leaves pile up making it hard to clean off.

building is in need of some touch-ups and maintenance. Parking was often a concern. Size of the apartment was Read Morenice, could use updated appliances.

Very attentive staff and good quality rooms. Upstairs neighbor very noisy. No response to the maintenance repo Read Morert filed.

WAY overpriced. Our apartment is spacious, but that's about it. There are often issues with the water, the bui Read Morelding isn't very well maintained, the fire alarm goes off FREQUENTLY, we were promised new granite counter tops when Timberland took over the building, and only told AFTER the fact that we were going to have to pay through the nose for them (we were lied to). The communal utilities are RIDICULOUS - i.e. over $90/mo. in electric for a TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
