Terms
Lease terms: Initial lease is 12 months. A month to month option is offered after the first year and a buy out option is offered with the 12 month lease. Pet Policy: There is a pet rent of $15 per month per cat and pet deposit of $150 with a pet fee of $150 each for up to two cats. Cats must be declawed. There is a pet rent of $25 per month for a dog with a deposit of $350 and a pet fee of $150. Only one dog is allowed. Security Deposit is $500.
