Standard 6-month and 12-month lease terms. Month-to-month leases are available at a $25 monthly premium. $35 application fees and a $500 security deposit with good credit. Cats and Dogs (up to 25 lbs) are welcome here! There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee and $20 monthly pet rent for each pet (maximum of 2).
