    The Parking "Policy" Is Not Enforced, Therefore Tenants Lost Their Parking To People Who Do Not Live There And Read More Management Doesn'T Do Anything. They Claim The Towing Company Makes Random Patrols Of The Parking Lots Looking For Those Without Parking Permits But I Have Been There Over A Year And Have Never Seen A Tow Truck In The Area. Management Was Also Unacceptable When We Moved In And The Carpet Was Saturated With Dog Urine And They Claimed There Was No Way It Was. Unacceptable.

    I moved in to my apartment in October and moved out by January. The only reason I made it that long is becaus Read Moree I had to give a 2 month notice. The apartment was terribly dirty and smelled like someone chain smoked in there for 20 years. My neighbors were so loud and had a dog and a cat that were constantly barking or meowing for all hours of the night. I felt the need to lock my door if I walked to the mailbox. Never move here!!!!!

    1) Management did not respect my right of entry. They would report they'd be doing a repair at a certain time Read More, then not show, or show days later,unannounced.
    2) During a very big snow storm, my only door could not be opened due to snow drifts. I phoned office and was told they were taking care of it. It took them over 24 hours to shovel from the parking lot to my door.
    3) Move in was filthy. Manager told me some people's idea of clean was different than others and to deal with it.

    I was treated horribly. After many incidents with other residents, some of which included a window being broke Read Moren and the police called resulting in a restraining order issued, I was literally left with no choice but to break my lease out of fear for my daughter's safety. After moving out I found that I was charged for replacing the window along with other things that were there when I moved in and were marked on my checklist at that time and was told I would be sued for them if I did not pay.
