It's not worth the price I'm paying for it. There's no locks on the windows and they leak when it rains, it's Read Morevery cold in the winter because they barely turn up the heat, my bathroom ceiling leaks and I'm on the bottom floor, the neighbors are very noisy and management doesn't do anything about it- I have to keep calling the police. It used to be $805 with everything included except electric; now it's $830 and nothing is included except heat.

For what you're paying in rent, not bad. But if price goes up I'm definitely moving. Bugs get through windows Read Morein summer so can't keep windows open. Hot in winter, can't manage temp, from 3rd level at least. Hallways always smell... But overall, for $715 a month, I'll deal with.

This apartment had a different property manager a month or two ago, and was terrible at getting back to reside Read Morents. Now the new manager has been better, and I hope to see things turn around. It's a good apartment, but the rent keeps going up, and nothing more is being added, and no locks on the front entrances. I have a garage which is very nice, but again there are no real amenities to the apartments, and rent continues to go up. The place is nice, and the location is great.
