staff is quick to fix plumbing and other concerns within the apt and always give a notice before entering. Ups Read Moreet that we have to pay for under ground parking and that the last two years our rent has gone up approx $35.00 per year and the parking garage went up from $35 to $40 last year. Due to the increase in parking garage cost, the garage is not full, but the exterior parking lot has become full decreasing parking options. outside amenities are good, but there is no pool, or fitness gym.
