It has had some management changes in the last year. I think the new manager is doing her best to get things d Read Moreone. The new maintenance man is the best. They were given a tough task as the last manager let a lot of things slide. I believe things will be better.

Rent continues to go up, but the quality of the property and tenants does not. Examples: the indoor swimming p Read Moreool has been closed since last February or March; updates made to the building where the Rental Office is located are not extended to the other buildings; common areas (laundry, garage, etc.) are frequently dirty, littered with debris, and in need of repair (lights out, broken exit signs, etc.); people loiter in the stairwells/entrances/parking lots creating an uninviting atmosphere.

The staff is awesome!! The building I live in is clean and maintenance does things in a timely manner. Also, Read Morewhen things are going on that affect the residents, we are always kept up to speed.

The indoor pool has been closed for about 5 months, and having the indoor pool is why I chose to live here. Th Read Moree upkeep of the property has been sloppy since new management took over. Noisey and disrespectful tenants.
