The management for these apartments are horrible and very unfriendly. The staff is not very helpful at all. Th Read Moree maintenance staff is just as useless and they do not fix anything properly. My door has been broken since the beginning of my lease and my air has gone out multiple times and everytime I've complained it has taken too long for them to respond. The appt complex overall is Wonderful but the management/staff are AWEFUL!!

The dumpsters are few and far between. They get full too quickly and it is almost too far to walk.
We also
Read More had a problem with the line to the ice maker in our freezer bursting and soaking the floor and carpet and we did not get notice from the office staff about it until we called them.

Thank you for your feedback! Waste Management empties each dumpster 3 times a week(Monday, Wednesday & Friday) and the compactor as needed. As stated in our Community Policies, the resident must notify the office of all maintenance requests and we will respond promptly.

I've never had any big problems while living here. My maintenance concerns are answered promptly. It would b Read Moree nice if the air filters were delivered to our doors considering the office isn't open when I'm home from work. The dumpsters are overflowing a lot of times and they are quite unsightly.

Thank you for your feedback! Our maintenance staff truly work very hard. Waste Management empties each dumpster 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) and the compactor as needed. As you may know, our office is open M-F, 9am-5pm and also on Saturday, 9am-1pm. If these hours are not convenient, please call us and we'll have a staff member place an a/c filter outside your door for you.
