I overall enjoy where I am living. A few things that I could say is that I constantly have cockroaches in my a Read Morepartment. I saw one a week after they did the last spray of the apartments.

One would think this is a low income property as this property tends to mirror ones residents. There's never e Read Morenough parking. Residents do not clean up after their animals. Many units patios are cluttered as well as blankets hanging from windows. This is definitely not what I expexted when I chose this location. I would break my lease; however, the buy out frees are ridiculous. I certainly will not renew.

Thank you for your review. We are working with an engineer and are in the process of adding more parking to the property, we are just waiting for the required permit applications to be approved. Please contact the office regarding the concerning the issues you are having. I would be happy to address the violations to the pet policy as well as to the blind and patio policy. We appreciate you being a GRAND resident!
My only complaint is the outside of the buildings and breezeways need to be maintained better. Maybe have the Read Morem pressure washed a time or two a year. My breezeway looks terrible :-/ And I've noticed some windows with torn blinds and/or coverings other than blinds. It looks terrible, so it would be awesome if that weren't allowed. Other than that, I love our apartment location and all of my interaction with the staff has been pleasant so far.

Thank you for your review! We are working with our maintenance team to address the breezeway issue this summer, as time allows. Management has replaced blinds in windows over the last month, we will be doing a follow up through the property to make sure none have slipped through the cracks. My office is always open to address any issues you are having! We are so glad you're a GRAND resident!!
Having done research on-line, we moved here from another state, sight un-seen, and were pleasantly surprised. Read More We love the apartment layout. The staff has always been very helpful, and maintenance requests are always resolved in a timely manner. We've recommended this place.
