Excellent management. Nice swimming pool and gym. Rarely have noisy neighbors. Sometimes the company that owns Read More the apartments hands down unpopular changes the local managers must enforce. The entire city is very pedestrian/bicycle unfriendly.

The staff is very responsive and accomadating to your needs. For the first time in 12 years of living in apart Read Morements, I had a mx guy sincerely apologize that my a/c went out and there was nothing that he could've done to prevent it. They were always about making sure my concerns were a chief priority. PJ, is by far the most professional leasing consultant and stayed engaged throughout my stay there. He definitely epitomizes what any business would want out of their employees.

I have complained about the tenants above us for 1-1/2 years and nothing has been done. They run a home busine Read Moress out of their apartment and work around the clock. When I call, nothing happens.
