It takes too long to fix repairs. For example, I have had a leaking room for a couple of years. Even simple th Read Moreings like the dryer or clocked toilet take multiple days. It NEVER used to be like this. New staff do not have enough time and resources to help residents. Side note: there is poor communication between residents and staff.

I have lived there for several years (4-5). The management I signed my original lease with was very helpful a Read Morend my experience during that time would have been rated as good, or possibly excellent. However, management changed at some point and it was a problem. They were not helpful, not friendly, the tone of the letters distributed to residents was somewhat threatening. I was supposed to receive free carpet cleaning two years in a row, and they never got back with me to schedule it.

The actual construction of the buildings is lacking. Poorly insulated means uneven heating and cooling with un Read Morenessarily high energy bills. On top of that, they won't put the money forward for programmable thermostats. Constantly have things breaking down. Had the ac unit entirely replaced and light bulbs burn out every few months from bad wiring. However they are kept clean and tidy and they are quiet inside. Never hear neighbors through the walls.
