The apartment itself was wonderful. It was very spacious and comfortable. The maintenance team was amazing! Th Read Moreey were prompt and extremely helpful. My negatives would be the cost of rent, as well as the neighborhood. As low income housing, the other tenants and surrounding area was very ... sketchy. There were quite a bit of disturbances, including many that required police presence. It was not the best situation to be living in.

Where to begin...right off the bat you should know you'll never get your security deposit back. No matter how Read Morewell you care for your apartment, they will find a way to keep it. They don't fix things, people are loud and damage each others property. Unruly kids throughout the entire property. Pray that you don't get an apartment by the pool, its very loud. Also, the pool is filthy. They had to drain the entire pool one summer and treat it due to a parasite infestation. Any place is better.

Overall, the construction was really poor. A lot of the things inside the apartment were falling apart. Some o Read Moref the stairs broke through and many were cracking and were close to breaking. So safety was kind of an issue. For a while, we had a roach problem and we kept the apartment very clean. The rent was also just too high for what you get, it seemed to rise every new lease. The only thing I liked was the space of the apartment; the rooms were all decent sizes.
