The air conditioning is continually malfunctioning on a regular basis. Every door handle in my apartment has f Read Moreallen off and I fixed them. Cabinet doors have also fallen off. When it rains you might as well put your rubber boots on to walk across the sidewalk because the gutter spout empties onto the sidewalk. Trash is continually in hallways and on the sidewalk because of curbside pickup. The trash isn't the apartments fault but they need to get rid of that.

I like where my apartment is located it is easy to get to and to and from work, it is close to Liberty, MO whi Read Morech has a lot stores, restaurants, and grocery stores.

I love the apartment and the staff everything has been great. There is a issue with the valet trash some of t Read Morehe residents don't seem to get that it is picked up on Tuesday and Friday so there is trash in front of the building most of the time. its currently a little noisy with the construction but that will go away.

Everything is fine with me except the parking situation. There is not enough parking on the front side of the Read Morebuilding. I don't know if that was to try to get people to purchase garages, but having to pull around to the (currently not well-lit) other side of the building to park because there is only one row of spots for a ton of units is silly. I wish the middle area between buildings was set aside for parking because when the buildings fill up there will be absolutely no place to park.

The apartment were made in a hurry, there are odd spots of of the apartment where cabinet doors don't hang rig Read Moreht, paint on the floor, lights are crooked and so on. Those are not deal breakers for me, but the part that bothers me the most is thin walls. I can hear whole conversation from next door. And if you have people over late at night, next door neighbors know.
