Some management staff lacks professional etiquette, but the community offers much.

City Place Apartments are located very conveniently for all of a person's needs and to reach any part of Kansa Read Mores City in a reasonable amount of time. The staff and management here are excellent. They are quick to respond to any maintenance needs or suggestions or actually any requests. You are treated respectfully in that your apartment is your home. I have lived here for years and do not plan on moving! I would recommend City Place Apartments to anyone.

City Place is awesome, hands down. Don't let people tell you that it is "too expensive", because those people Read Moredon't know how to assign value to things like a pool, a gym, or being walking distance to the Plaza and Westport. Most people that say you pay too much are paying 100 less than you, but will spend 200 dollars a month taking cabs to your apartment at City Place/Westport/Plaza + gym pass + laundry mat + heating a huge old improperly insulated house + dont have a pool, etc... Not to mention you live by mostly young people, which adds value when you're not living in a neighborhood next to Old Man River's that will call the cops on you for grilling a burger in your backyard (true story). Also, SunFresh is a hop, skip, and a jump away if you need groceries (wouldn't recommend the produce). Don't let the few bad reviews on Google, or anywhere else, spoil your decision. I am 24, just got out of College, was in a fraternity, and started a job working between 45-50 hours a week. I ended up living in the same building as some of my friends that I didn't even know lived here. Also, my sister lived here 2 years before me, and it was still great back then, according to her.
