It's downtown so keep that in mind. I ran frequently and always without fail had someone telling at me but was Read More never attacked. Parking is $80/month through a separate company and that company is extremely unorganized. Sound is an issue here. I could always hear my neighbors signing in their bathroom. Other than that no complaints.
