Pet Policy for Town Homes, Villas & Homes: 2 pets maximum with no weight limit. $50.00 refundable pet deposit and $250.00 non-refundable pet fee on Apartments, Town Homes, Villas and Homes for one pet. $50.00 refundable and $450.00 non-refundable pet fee for two pets.
