Basically the staff. They are very professional, friendly and get things done. New owners have done a lot of i Read Moremprovments. Hopefully that does not reflect in our rent going up. The only real down fall is the parking. Very bad parking, spaces are a little to narrow in the carport area. Other than that GREAT place to live

since the new manager has taken over in the last 8 months, things are MUCH better, the work orders are done co Read Morerrectly, and they even call to check on this, the mgmt. has good attention to the grounds, the community and gotten a lot accomplished--this is the reason I renewed my contract and decided to stay

It's a small complex; relatively quiet. This is a great location. Under new management, they're completing a Read More lot of exterior maintenance. I've found that management is very responsive to my inquiries and reported issues. Just finished my first winter here and found that snow removal and de-icing was timely; I leave for work fairly early and didn't face any difficulties getting to my car.

changed management without notification; maintenance requests are not filled in a timely manner NOR do mainten Read Moreance workers call before entering the home or leave work orders to indicate they have handled maintenance issue, the grounds are NOT kept up well and pest control needs to come more frequently.
