It's a small complex; relatively quiet. This is a great location. Under new management, they're completing a Read More lot of exterior maintenance. I've found that management is very responsive to my inquiries and reported issues. Just finished my first winter here and found that snow removal and de-icing was timely; I leave for work fairly early and didn't face any difficulties getting to my car.

changed management without notification; maintenance requests are not filled in a timely manner NOR do mainten Read Moreance workers call before entering the home or leave work orders to indicate they have handled maintenance issue, the grounds are NOT kept up well and pest control needs to come more frequently.

We have a wonderful new Maintenance Supervisor named Robert that started this week. I feel that he will take great care of you and the property/trash concerns. Have had many apt managers over the last 5 years. Some good, others terrible. Terrible overshadowed the good Read Morea bit. Was told that things would be fixed in my apt and still waiting. Finally gave up. A few new residents are disruptive. Many residents do not park within the lines - that is an issue as parking is tight. Not ok with rent increases - may look for new place... Nice to have pool, but get overrun with rowdy residents. Makes it uncomfortable. Think should have a fitness room

The new management is better than before. The apartment i moved into had been upgraded , but is really only a Read Moreverage because of cheep materials. The windows are single pain and not set in properly so there is VERY LITTLE insulation in the cold winter (especially if you have a North facing window)... My apartment will smell like my neighbors smoking even when I have all my windows closed--it gets in somehow so that's not great. Overall not the worst, not the best place i've lived--just average.
