Walls are extremely thin. I had to listen to the smoke alarm go off on two occasions for 2 days and nights bec Read Moreause it wasn't considered a maintenance emergency to come replace the batteries on the weekend. Garbage is always overflowing.

Location, location, location! Makes downtown walkable. Easy walk to the City Market and all kinds of restaur Read Moreants. Power and Light literally 2-3 blocks away. The building is pretty clean and very secure. Maintenance fixes most problems within 1 working day. Also it is pretty laid back and quiet. I am a middle-aged woman and most of the residents are younger but I have not found that to be a problem. Good amenities. I use the gym regularly. Overall great value for your money.
