The first month we moved in the bathtub in the duplex leaked into the dining room, through the light fixture a Read Morend onto my dining room oak table. It ruined the ceiling, but left my table warped. They did nothing to repair, replace or anything. They did not even soak up the water that was on the carpet. We had a rail that was broken from the kids playing on it. The rail that you hold onto when you come down the front stairs outside. When I had knee surgery I had asked if it could be fix. Mud ran

OUR APARTMENT was flooded by the rain 3 times. We were on the bottom floor and the first 2 it was a little wat Read Moreer. We let the manager know both times. The third time it ruined our furniture and many electronics. We asked if we could be reimbursed for a hotel room they said NO. They gave us keys to an empty . apt. I guess they wanted us to sleep on the floor. We wet to a hotel. They then moved us to the apt on the third floor and would not cover any damages to our things that were damaged. We move
