Maintenance was very poor. They literally walked into my house without knocking.

Three Fountains never seemed to follow through on maintenance requests. They put up a fence around my stairs t Read Moreo protect from falls over the ledge. They never came back to paint it even though I asked several times. They never handle the basement which smelled like urine due to a previous tenant having a cat. There were bees in the basement towards the end of our lease and they never sent anyone to spray or find the. They never came back to fix our blinds. Carpets were dirty when we moved in!

It is conveniently located to where I work and allows easy access to getting downtown and to other parts of th Read Moree KC area. My townhome is spacious & comfortable. The management staff is friendly, courteous & responsive. The maintenance staff is skilled and gets the job done right.
