Lots if building issues that maintnenance requests are only followed through on if you keep complaining to man Read Moreager. Leak in ceiling, mold in bathroom cabinet. 3 weeks to repair. Plus sonething wrong with windows. Electric bill is the largest I've ever seen in my life, and it isn't the biggest place I've lived in.

Well when requesting services for high pest controls such as spiders .. The company hired never power washed t Read Morehe balcony & it got to the point I couldn't walk on my patio. When I addressed my concern it was left unattended.
When requesting rent verification it took over 4 weeks to reply due to new management & secretary not passing the message to management...
One week it would b staff showing me an apt & next week someone else was available ...
