There was always a timely response for maintenance issues. Office staff was always very friendly.

I moved out about 5 years ago,but had a bad experience.When I first moved in, they agreed to replace the nasty Read More carpet.However, the day the movers came,the carpet had not been replaced and was soaking wet.After I moved in, the roaches began to come out.My car and apartment were broken into and the police were called both times and mgmt was notified.While paying rent one day, I overheard a prospective tenant ask if there were ever break-ins. The leasing agent lied and said no.

The property and apartments complex itself is great, but maintaining it is a different story. The parking is l Read Moreimited and if you want a carport the price is high and they lock you into a contract.
The amenities published sound great if they would maintain the pools and keep them open all the time, as for the "renovated" gym it is basically all used stuff and is missing quite a bit.
Some of the leasing consultants could use an attitude adjustment,the residents living there are why you have a job
