Requested items for repair in apartment not ever completed. Pool under repairs over a month in summer. Equip Read Morement in the fitness area break down and take 4-6 months for resolution. At move out set the final inspection and they never showed up. They came another time without telling me sent me an outrageous list of items to charge for. I asked for supporting documentation and explanation what the items were and they refused. Charged double my deposit for items that didn't exist!
