I have lived in two different apartments in the complex. Very nice for the price. Maintenance is usually quick Read More to respond and help with issues. My first apartment had very little issues, but my recent one has had a lot of random leaks through the ceilings, A/C vents (???) and through my windows. The leaks happen sporadically and are painted over... doesn't seem as though the root issue is being addressed. I had new windows installed and rain no longer comes thru them but not great quality.

A lot of residents are inconsiderate parkers, either parking over the line or right on it which increases the Read Morepossibility of door dings. Getting a parking spot near your building can be a chore, as well. I've seen people park in the grass because there were absolutely no spots left. I wish they'd dig out the grass across the parking lot and create another line of parking spots. However, it's relatively quiet (barring the annoying barking dogs) and in a nicer area than right by 270.

The price is reasonable, the complex is very well kept: inside and out. Each staff member I have spoken to has Read More been awesome, the tenants living around me are all respectful of one another and it's a place I feel safe to live in. As far as location, the surrounding area doesn't offer a whole lot, but the complex being close to 270 and 67 makes commutes much easier, and makes the complex centrally located for people like me who travel all over the STL area.
