The office staff & maintenance staff are wonderful. If I need something done, it is done the same day. Durin Read Moreg snow storms, they make sure the parking lots are plowed and sidewalks are shoveled. They have activities for the residents & they are proactive when it comes to making sure the apartments are kept up. Plenty of storage space & parking. Reasonably priced.

I love living in Woodhollow. The people working in the office were always very friendly as well as helpful. If Read More I ever had a problem (which I rarely did over the 3 years I lived there) it was always taken care of immediately.

As with any apartment move-in, the future residents and one staff member check the apartment for potential iss Read Moreues. When we did this, the toilet did not flush and there was not a lock on the balcony door. We signed the lease with the assumption that they would be fixed since the staff member wrote on her sheet that these were issues needing to be fixed before our move in date. Not only were they not fixed by move in, but we ended up having to purchase our own toilet supplies to fix it ourselves.
