Pin Oak Parc Resident
They charge you for their turn over costs and say that it is not mandatory to paint before a new tenant moves Read Morein, just touch up as it is not part of their procedure. Everywhere I have resided the place is painted before I moved in and before the next tenant. Not to mention they are charging $800 to paint a singlewide that should be painted from normal wear and tear as stated in the lease.
