Terms
We accept pets with a deposit of $100 per pet and a one time pet fee of $200 (only 2 allowed per unit) along with a $25 monthly pet rent for pets under 50lbs and $50 per pet over 50lbs*. We offer lease terms of 6-12 months. Our application fee is $40 along with a $145 administration fee for move in. Payments can be made with cashiers check, personal check or money order. All prices are subject to change without notice.
