They were pretty good. I felt safe the majority of the time. Police patrol there pretty regularly. I wouldn Read More't consider the rent to be the 'low income' they say it is but it wasn't too bad. They aren't stingy with the security deposit, so that was nice.

Poor customer service/lack of professionalism with office staff, maintenance staff mediocre. Poor resolutions Read Moreto apartments issues(plumbing, immense amounts mold growing on walls in units, heater going out in middle winter and rep coming out saying theyll fix later and not offering to help put children in a warm place for night due to maintenance issues( discounted rates offered), electrical issues resolved by electric company personally, office staff never addressed, constant police/SWAT

Towards the end of my 3rd year I started to feel unsafe. There were a lot of less than desirable residents al Read Morelowed to live there and would see cops there on a daily basis. Repairs were not done timely at all. I went over a week without hot water. The pool was inoperable most of the summer as well.

The old tenants above us were good quite people. Then in March '13 the new tenants are noisey with a large dog Read More.(lease not carried thru?) and a short time later they got a puppy ( too big for a puppy I say). With the dogs trmpling in their apartment and barking with them being up late at night, it's not comfortable here. I almost rated fair but we really like to be here. Plus kids knocking on our door and running away is such a bother.
