When we first moved in there were HUGE water bubbles on the ceiling of my bed room, that never got fixed, we h Read Moread water leaking in all our windows with mold growing. When I brought it to their attention they told me to "just scrub it down with bleach". Then the whole back of our building was sinking into the ground do they tore down the whole back part of out complex and drove a house jack into the middle of our living room and jacked up the whole complex, but there were still huge cracks there.

Good maintenance, timely reply to requests for maintenance, great overall appearance of office area and apartm Read Moreent buildings. Office personnel professional and friendly, knowledgeable. But there is no gym and no laundry facilities. The parking lots and streets were not plowed over this past winter.

Maintenance has been timely whenever there was a problem. I would have ranked excellent except the raised the Read More rent after a year of living there by $55.

Complex is quiet and safe; but units are in dire need of updating. The heat gain through the 30 year old slidi Read Moreng doors and windows is so great that the HVAC can't keep up with it and as a result electric bills are very high in the summer through fall. The dishwasher is 30 years old and the counter tops in the kitchen and bath look dirty no matter how much they are cleaned. The owners have invested in all new siding and new balconies in the last year, a good start.

Space is good. Maintenance is good. Service from the office is below average. The second pool was closed for n Read Moreearly two full summers, and was kept being told it would be ready in a couple of weeks.
