I've been at Fieldpointe for about 1.5 yrs now and it has been a pleasurable experience. The apartments are n Read Moreice and clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and they have resident gatherings on holidays and what not in the front office/lobby area. The great location in Maryland Heights, close to Olive, the Page extension, 270, and Creve Coeur park is just icing on the cake.

Had some customer service issues during my time there. At move-out, there was a list of things you could be ch Read Morearged for in which I was charged for something that I was not aware of and have never been charged for anything in my life in moving out of an apt. It would be nice to have the list when you move in than find out you get charged for refrigerator trays when you move out. Would't even know if there really was a crack in it or not. There is such thing as normal wear.

Apparently bugs can get into the apartments really easily and you have to spray poison a lot, vacuum the bugs Read Morea lot, and do everything you can to raise it off the ground away from insects.

The first two separate times we needed maintenance we never got any help. On the positive side they held a won Read Morederful party for all the residence.

I am in the process of trying to renew my lease, however we need a larger unit. I was told that the a unit of Read Morethat size was not a available to see unit 2 days later. It has been almost a week and I still haven't been able to see a unit of that size. I also needed to know if we would be able to have a discounted rate on that unit for renewing for another year, the person I spoke to said she would have someone contact me in 2 days. It's been almost 5 days later and now I find out it's going longer
