The apartments were built solid and are very nice...

The first day I moved in I found that the refrigerator was broken. The apartment did not have any 3 pin plugs Read Morepoints. Recently, when I went to leasing office to get details for breaking lease, I was initially not told that we needed to pay an entire month's rent just because I wanted to move out on the 1st date of that month. Because of their failure to give correct information we had to face problems while moving to new apartment. They did not make it easy for to move out.

Not pet friendly as advertised. Parking was usually an issue. Most people in the office were amazing. They Read Morewent out of their way to be helpful. Others not so much. Make sure to document EVERYTHING out of place when taking possession of your apartment.

My husband and I lived there a short while and we had to get out of our lease a month early because we had bou Read Moreght a house. They refused to work with us and charged us 2 months rent for leaving early. They made up some stupid excuse as to why. We actually had to hire a lawyer to get us out of some of the payment because it was absolutely absurd.
