Apartments allow too much noise in from other units. Residents are allowed to live like they're in a house and Read More not an apartment. Other residents park inconsiderately.

The location is great! And the rooms are a nice size too. Moving from a house, it would be nice to have more s Read Moretorage and I don't like the idea of having to pay for a laundry card or a carport but other than that, its a great spot...as long as you know that along with the wonderful access to the park comes some little creepy crawlers (spiders and ants).

I love the area and most of my neighbors are great. The staff at the management office is extremely helpful. Read More The only thing I dislike is that the paint chips off of everything - the walls, the trim, the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen. I open a drawer and there are paint chips all over my silverware, which is kind of annoying. However that is very minor and overall, living at Hampton Gardens has been pretty great.

The unit I have uses a steam heat system which absolutely did not warm the unit up during the winter. I had to Read More supplement with multiple electric heaters.

There is no W/D in unit. All they have is one W/D in the basement for six two bedroom units. They are not free.

They "offered" to raise my rent from $550 per month to $810 a month when I went in for renewal. I will not be living here when my lease is finished for specifically this reason.

No issues with maintenance or employees in the office
