I like this place for many reasons and want to move out only for one: it's too noisy. The apartment is in a gr Read Moreeat location especially for park lovers. It's within walking distance to Wash U and BJH. But , , you hear u ambulance passing by at least three times a day, helicopter a couple of times a day some times. Plus the heavy traffic on Kingshighway is almost intolerable if you like to open your windows. Other than this disadvantage, I have not much complaints. Safe, clean, friendly

Very quiet as far as residents; great staff and front desk staff; feeling of security; remodeled kitchens; res Read Moreident parties; good location; and heat included. The only downside is that it is drafty around the air conditioners, and they have to be covered in winter.
