Extremely huge living space for the money. Clean carpets with the opportunity for a general carpet cleaning an Read Morenually. Basement is large with a decent storage room and a convenient attached garage, which works great during the winter. Maintenance needs improvement with personnel available only on particular times. It may take months before a problem is addressed.

There isn't a maintenance person that works at the complex. They pull a guy every once in awhile from another Read Moreproperty to do work orders for them. It's like pulling teeth to get something fixed if something is really wrong. Properties are outdated. Watch out that they can increase your water, sewer, and trash whenever they like. (written in the lease) And also you have to give them a 60 day move out notice not 30 like most. Harder to find a new place that way.
