This community is a nice mix of residents of all ages, with great office staff and maintenance. It is a great Read More value for the money and an excellent central location. Everyone takes pride in this community and it shows.

My only disappointment was that when the heating/air system was replaced I had a huge closet to house the unit Read More in my living room. I did not like the enormous loss of space.

Good value, especially as compared to other complexes along this corridor. The staff is attentive to our needs Read More and handles maintenance requests in a timely manner. I have never had a problem with pests. Parking can sometimes be tight, but community is small enough that the walk to your apartment from your car really is minimal in any instance. Soundproofing between units horizontally is great though I can hear down/upstairs neighbors sometimes. Overall well-maintained and excellent.
