I chose this apartment because I thought it was a great value for the price. Move in was easy. But the apartme Read Morent has outdated appliances and few electrical outlets. Residents might be too friendly, they let anyone into the building! That scares me at times. Overall nice place to live but can do better for way less.

My experience at the Embassy was solidly in the "average" category (especially considering the sewage smell th Read Moreat used to creep into the hallways) until it was taken over by Village Green - after which it dramatically improved. The location is very good, the apartments are spacious and the staff was always friendly. The main issues I had there were my neighbors' barking dogs and the extremely poor insulation in the rooms (which made for very high heating/cooling bills).
