So come check out this place, 200 ft from the gates of SLU. Roughly half of the units have already been gut-renovated on the interior, and are starting our new exterior renovation on Monday. Structural engineers and architects have recently been hired to completely revamp the facade of the building and surrounding common areas, parking lots, etc.

When I say gut-renovated, I mean GUT - RENOVATED! The units have new plumbing, new piping, new windows, etc. We are adding forced heat, central air, dishwashers, granite countertops, tiled bathrooms, hardwood floors.... EVERYTHING! Let's talk high-end finishes. We could have bought $10 faucets like everyone else in town.
