The staff was kind and always quick to respond. They were eager to help. The apartment that I had got flooded Read Moreout March of 2016 because I lived on a bottom floor, but I would rent from them again on an upper level for sure.

They were aware of the apartments have a tendency to flood and back in march 2016 my apartment along with 3 bu Read Moreildings were flooded with sewage and have a one move out notice

For the most part the apartment is fine. There isn't a very good system for notifying tenants of issues that a Read Morere going on in the apartment. For example, the water had to be shut off one Sunday morning and we only found out our water was off by trying to use it. Apparently it had to be turned off because someone broke a faucet or something. Well they shut off the water to every building, not just the one that had the faucet issue, and then didn't tell anyone what was going on.
