The late fee policy is ridiculous and so I'd their unwillingness to work with their residents

Manager Response

Rent is due on the first of the month, but we allow a five-day grace period to assist our residents with budgeting. Our late fee policy is disclosed at the time of signing, and is in line with other properties in the area. We work very hard to prevent any surprises regarding rent and fees for our residents.

It is not the superior apartment complex that was sold to me at the time I rented two years ago. The grounds Read Morehave deteriorated in the last few months. There is a lot of trash on the lawn and the stairways are cracked and dirty. Railings on the decks and door frames are in need of paint. Promises are made to fix but then nothing ever happens. They provide laminate flooring and new locks to new residents, but do not offer any such upgrades to long term tenants. Rent keeps going up though.

Plenty of floor space and excellent layout. Pool, fitness center, and cable/internet are good amenities. Manag Read Moreement and maintenance are very helpful and quick to respond. Excellent location.

A few small things are less than perfect and there is a broken down car parked right in front of my apartment Read Moreever since I moved in several months ago. But overall it is pretty quiet and uneventful, which is a good thing. Water gets hot and air gets cool very well.
