    I gave my rating based on how the Staff here @ Hampton Gardens treat me. They are responsible, when you have Read Morea problem they are right on top of it immediately. I have been a resident for almost (4) years and it has been a delight to be a tenant.
    Recommendations would be to upgrade apartments with Washer/Dryer's inside, and locks on the front and back doors, for more safety reasons; I believe this would keep tenants longer if that were possible.

    Nice space and location to live. The office was willing to work with my situation. They were starting some ver Read Morey big improvements (new windows) right as I was leaving that would have been really nice. Parking was a little cramped.

    It was good at the beginning. But after 6 months, the wall in the kitchen began leaking water. Before I moved Read Moreout the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water and made a huge lump on the ceiling. They never fixed it.
