The staff are very friendly, the apartments are maintained well, and we love the location. There is absolutely Read More no parking on the back side- assigned spots may benefit the residents because I see many people who do not live here taking our spots. I wouldn't really call the exercise room an exercise room. It's always filthy, the bulletin board has posters from 2013 on it, and the equipment is outdated, limited, and broken occasionally.

We are so glad that you are pleased with most aspects of your apartment home. Our staff is dedicated to serving you! Like many apartment communities, parking can sometimes be limiited in certain areas. Garage Parking is always an option. Please let us know if you think it is a solution for you. We regret that you are not pleased with the Fitness Center, as so many of our residents enjoy the use of this amenity 24 hours / day!
We pay too much money for the condition of our apartment. Although it's a gated community, the gates have been Read More in operation probably about 10% of the time we've lived there (a little over two years). Parking is horrible. I feel were paying for a luxury apartment but are not living in luxury.

Thank you for offering your candid feedback. At this time the gate is fully functional. It is our goal to continue to offer this amenity to Park Commons residents. Like many apartment communities, parking in some areas can be tighter than others. However, at Park Commons, all residents have the option to rent private garage spaces near their apartments to insure the availability of parking. Please contact the Mgmt. Office if there is anything we can do to meet / exceed your expectations!
We moved in a week ago. Happy with the size of the apartment but to have been built only 14 years ago, there Read Moreare some things that really seem to be outdated. The thermostat is an OLD SCHOOL round one that is difficult to regulate the temp and hard to read. Also, the sound proofing is not as good as I had hoped. We hear almost every step the upstairs neighbors take. New mini blinds installed in master bedroom before I moved in & new lights in kitchen/dining area which I appreciate.
